What is rake?
In cash games the rake is the amount the poker room takes from each pot for providing the poker game. This is usually between 5-10% with a maximum of a few dollars. In tournaments the fee the poker room charges is taken when you register for a tournament. It's typically between 5-10%.
What is rakeback?
When you play poker online you pay rake to the poker room. Rakeback is the percentage of your rake you receive back. We pay you this as a reward for signing up to a poker room through us.
Why is my MGR a negative amount?
Some poker rooms immediately charge you an amount if you deposit using certain methods. This has to be cleared before your MGR becomes positive. It's normally just a few dollars but also can vary from country to country.
What does MGR stand for?
MGR stands for Monthly Gross Rake. This is the amount of rake you have generated in a month without any deductions taken from it. Gross Rake is also the rake you generate with no deductions.
Can I Still Get Bonuses at a Poker Room if I Receive Rakeback?
You will be able to receive any sign up bonus offered by the poker room and participate in all promotions. Please be aware some poker rooms deduct your bonus from your gross rakeback. Although this is much better than getting the bonus or rakeback by itself.
What if I already have a poker account without Rakeback?
Some poker rooms allow players with existing accounts without Rakeback to have their accounts re-tagged to us. This allows us to start providing you with Rakeback. Each Poker Room has a different policy on this.

Can I get rakeback with my existing Full Tilt Poker account?
Full Tilt Poker will not re-tag poker accounts to any rakeback provider. Your only course of action is to send an email to Full Tilt Support and ask for Rakeback. If you have generated no player points at Full Tilt we may be able to retag your account to us.

What does EU licensed mean?
