Poker Account Without Rakeback
Do you have a Poker Account but no Rakeback?
Did you sign-up to a Poker Site before you knew about Rakeback?
Well we might be able to help. Some poker rooms allow players with existing accounts to have their accounts 'Re-Tagged' to us to receive Rakeback. Each Poker Room has a different set of conditions before we can Re-Tag but we will try our hardest and if it's not possible we will give you advice on what you can do.

Full Tilt Poker will not re-tag poker accounts to any rakeback provider. Your only course of action is to send an email to Full Tilt Support and ask for Rake Back. If you have generated no player points at Full Tilt then please contact us.
Please use contact us and send a support ticket stating which poker room you want to Re-Tag and your poker screen name or number at that room. We will then check if it's possible for your account to be re-tagged to us.
Please be aware it normally takes 2-7 days for the poker room to make a decision on whether re-tagging is possible. If re-tagging is allowed we will get back to you with further instructions. We will also tell you why your account can not be tagged to us if it is declined.
If your Poker Account is tagged to another affiliate you will not be able to have your account re-tagged to us although please contact us as you may have other options. Poker rooms only consider retagging when they are not tagged to anyone else.
If the Poker room you want to Re-Tag is not on the list still contact us and we might still be able to help you.
